Crates are lined with paper that is removed if soiled and then replaced.

Air conditioners/heaters and fans powered by generators, roof/side vents. Thermometers are used to monitor the trailer temperature.
Metal water buckets attached to each crate door.
All animalsare fed lightly Thursday at their overnight stop in Cookeville TN and Friday evenings in northern VA. All animals are fed in their crates.
All animals are walked individually every 9 to 10 hours with slip leads for a potty break. Puppies will be put in pens and not walked on the grass for health/safety reasons.
All the animals are checked on every time the transport stops for gas, when picking up a dog, delivering a dog, etc. Stops are usually every 2-3 hours.
Pre-printed envelopes to put all the medical info inside. Ask your drivers on Thursday or Friday when dropping off your animal(s) for the envelopes or you can print a copy here to attach to your own envelope.View Sample
Senders and receivers will receive a confirmation email early in the week of their scheduled transport.
Arrival board on main page of this website activated Friday afternoons to display current transport status that is continually updated for Saturday delivery times and locations.
